Don Mirra sent me this link to a TED presentation by Richard St. John: 3 minutes on what leads to success. You’ll notice some familiar themes here…even the word crap appears (one of my favorite words), though I wish I had thought up his definition. 
This is an experiment. I hope that by accepting voluntary financial "contributions" I can generate enough revenue to permit me to keep writing and still avoid selling outside advertising on any of the products Burns Auto Parts offers. If I can avoid going the ad route or making some of my free services subscription-based, that would be best for all of us.
