Love this list. Different from any other list out there. Really hits home with some great tips.
Thank you,

All I can say is thank you for these inspiring commandments. All to often take myself to seriously and need to be reminded to loosen up a bit.

A couple of years ago I saw list of commandments for golfers posted on the wall above the urinal in the locker room. Commandment 1 was something like "When you make a really bad shot, laugh." I played one of my best rounds ever that day.

You might guess where this list is going to be posted....

This is great! I'm gonna print this up and put it in the office. Let's never forget how fortunate we are to make art for a living.

I printed this out and taped a small version of it to the inside of my notebook. Reading seems to make my blood pressure lower when A client or job gets me worked up. Especially rules 10 and 6, I hope me and a lot of my colleagues listen to those especially.

Great post Leslie....I came off a difficult shoot yesterday, the first shoot after fairly long dry spell of no decent assignments. New art director, client contact, etc...Came home with a screaming headache and full of self doubt and loathing. Edited the shoot today and just got an email from the AD saying how great the job turned out and how pleased he was.
It's NOT a tumor and life is good for another day :-) It pays to keep a sense of humor and humbleness which unfortunately took me about half of my career of 24 years to figure out for myself. But for today...it's all good!
