It is still busted. When you go to Lulu and click on the electronic version it goes to a new page with ‘this item not available’

Try refreshing. Others have bought both books electronically in the past few days.

Refresh – doesn’t work.
I can’t even find it listed after doing a search on your name – it just brings up your first book….

Hmmm..I just used the button above and it worked fine. It does not show up in the search (nothing does–the search system @ lulu.com is terrible for some reason). Try this link:
