For some, having a rep is a necessity. For me, I think it could be a path to laziness. The reason I say that is because if I don't know how to market and get myself in front of clients now, what if I get a rep and end up firing her? I guess if you are looking for a rep — or anyone outside of yourself — to save you, you might be in trouble.
