Keith: I wouldn’t feel comfortable offering an example since I’m not a lawyer. It could get me in my own legal hot water. However, ASMP has an example on its Bad Contract tutorial:

I’m pretty sure both APA and ASMP have these terms written into their Terms and Conditions statements that we can use in our contracts – I use them but honestly haven’t read them in a while (need to do that!!)

But in any case – Do you have an example of what an indemnification clause should look like and how it should be worded?
